In motion. In focus. In your element.
Made for
- The people who find their focus in the making, in the hours when the noise of the world falls away.
- Your home uniform on the days you work until midnight. Your cover-up on the days you need salt air.
- Not a robe. Not a jacket. Something entirely its own.
How it fits
- Long and relaxed, with a refined shawl collar and a tie at the waist.
- Oversized by design. Chest runs 42″ to 48″ across S–XL.
- Layers over everything. The tie takes it from open to composed.
- Model is 5′8″ and wears a size S.
The fabric
- Khadi is handwoven pure cotton, spun and woven entirely by hand. The practice has existed in India for nearly 5,000 years. Every Sovereign piece is made from it.
- Here it is at its heaviest: the most substantial weight in the collection, woven on a Jacquard loom into a timeless twill check.
- It drapes with authority, holds its shape through long days, and softens slowly.
- Non-toxic dyes. No synthetics.
Where it’s made
- Handwoven in a handloom cluster in India.
- Made by artisans. Made to outlast every fast-fashion alternative you have owned.
30-day returns. Try it at home. If the fit isn’t right, send it back within 30 days for store credit that never expires.
Caring for Your Sovereign Pieces
Our garments are made of handwoven Khadi cotton — a living fabric that softens, settles, and grows more beautiful the more you wear it. That's the quiet magic of cotton and the handloom. A few small rituals will help your pieces last for years.
Will the color bleed?
No. Each piece is double-fastened and holds its color in water. One gentle note from nature: if you work up a real sweat — a long dance, a hot afternoon — your body's pH can occasionally interact with the dye. Nothing a proper wash won't settle.
Everyday care
Hand wash in warm water with a mild soap. Air dry. Please, never bleach and never tumble dry. Warm iron or steam before wearing.
On the longer days
Life isn't always hand-wash slow. When you need to, your Sovereign pieces can go through a delicate cycle — or a regular cycle inside a delicates bag. Air dry afterward; skip the tumble dryer.
A note on darker pieces
Wash your darker colors separately, in cold water, to keep them deep and true and free from fading.
Made by hand, by design
Every piece is hand dyed and handwoven, so slight irregularities are not flaws — they're the signature of the artisan and the loom. No two are exactly alike, just as it should be.
