Refund policy

We want you to live in these pieces. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days.

The window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached and in their original packaging.

What you get back

Returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. It never expires and can be used on anything we make. If you would prefer a different size or colour, we will arrange an exchange instead — just tell us what you would like when you get in touch.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping both ways, at no cost to you.

Final sale

Sale and discounted items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International orders

Duties, taxes and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
